We express appreciation to the Florence City Council, Florence County Council, and the Florence Chamber of Commerce for their support and cooperation with the organizations sponsoring this fair and all other groups and movements having for their objective the development of the Pee Dee Area.
Each member of the Commission hereby expresses his thanks to the individuals and organizations which helped to make this fair possible. To the public service employees of teh Pee Dee Area, many thanks for what you have done and what you are now doing. Without you, we could not have the fair.
